Online Appeal for Parking Violations

This form is for written appeals for parking violations. All appeals must be submitted within ten (10) working days from the date the citation was issued. The board's decision is final on all online appeals. There are NO re-appeals. [ Go to this page ]

Out of Area Request

If your parking gate access card doesn't work, or your assigned parking area is full, did you know that you are allowed to park in any legal space adjacent to your normally assigned lot? In order to take advantage of this benefit, you must request an "Out of Area Reference Number" immediately. Use this form to place the request. [ Go to this page ]

Reserved Visitor Parking Request

For a fee, your department can request reserved visitor parking at different visitor parking areas throughout campus. Use this form to request reserved visitor parking for your department's campus event. [ Go to this page ]

Charter / Rental Request

There is a minimum requirement of 3-hours service ($255 per bus) charged for all Stinger charter services. Service exceeding three hours will be billed at a rate of $85 per hour, per bus requested. Tech Trolley charters also require a minimum 3-hours service ($315 per trolley). Service exceeding three hours will be billed at a rate of $105 per hour, per Trolley requested. [ Go to this page ]

Request a vehicle tag change

If the license plate (tag) for your Georgia Tech registered vehicle changes, or if you have a new vehicle/tag, you must report the change to the parking office (in person or using this form). You can also use this form to register an additional vehicle/tag under your valid parking permit. Vehicles not displaying a valid permit and not having a tag in our database will be considered unregistered. A parking violation may be issued. The person registering the motor vehicle is responsible for all parking violations issued to that vehicle. Request for Visitor Parking Validation Cards

This form is for departmental use only. You can request Visitor Validation cards for your department to distribute for your campus guests. Each card costs $5, and is valid for a single entry/exit into either the Visitor Area 2, Visitor Area 3, or the Visitor Area 4 lots. [ Go to this page ]
