Online Appeal for Parking Violations

There will be NO STUDENT Appeal hearings during the Summer. All Student appeals will only be read."

All appeals are submitted online. All appeals must be submitted within ten (10) working days from the date the citation was issued.

After the decision is made by the appropriate Appeals Board, response letters will be sent via email, using the email address you provided on the appeals form you submitted. Generally, Student and Non-affilated appeals are read within 5 days of submission and Faculty/Staff appeals are read on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month. These times may vary due to holidays or other University calendar events.

You will be given the opportunity to appeal more than one ticket if needed on the same appeals form if the citation falls within the ten (10) business days of the date the citation was written.

As a student, you will be given the opportunity to schedule an appointment for a hearing in addition to your online written appeal. If you choose NOT to schedule an appointment, you are waiving your right to a hearing. The Board's decision is final on all appeals. There are no re-appeals.

As a faculty/staff member, a decision will be made on your written appeal. If you disagree with the decision, you'll be given the opportunity to have a hearing 14 business days from which the decision was made. Hearings are scheduled on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month. These times may vary due to holidays or other University calendar events.

During the student appeal hearing and faculty/staff reappeal, appelants may provide any evidence, such as pictures, statements, and witness to support their appeal.

Non-affiliate appeals will be read only. There are no reappeals.

The board's decision is final on all appeals. There are NO re-appeals.

Section 3. Permit Owner Check
Section 4. Permit Owner Info
Section 5. Ticket and Appeal Information
Section 6. Option for Hearing (GT Students Only)
Section 7. Schedule a hearing (GT Students Only)

Each section will be presented to you in order for your input. You will be given opportunities to review and edit each section if needed before the final submission. You will receive a copy of this appeal for your records via the email address you provide.

Student Appeals Board meets in the Student Center Commons, Spring Rm. 2nd floor from 1-2PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays only.
