Stinger shuttle buses and Tech Trolleys can be chartered for special campus events. Please use this form to request a Stinger bus or Tech Trolley rental/charter. Note: Tech Trolleys are availble on a very limited basis.

There is a minimum requirement of 3-hours service ($240.00 per bus) charged for all Stinger charter services. Service exceeding three hours will be billed at a rate of $80.00 per hour, per bus requested.

Tech Trolley charters also require a minimum 3-hours service ($300 per trolley). Service exceeding three hours will be billed at a rate of $100.00 per hour, per trolley requested.

All changes to initial request must be submitted, in writing, at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service start time.

Fill out the Charter/Rental Request Form at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled event. The requestor will receive a copy of this form via e-mail.

Each section will be presented to you in order for your input. You will be given opportunities to review and edit each section if needed before the final submission.

Please gather the necessary information before starting the form. For security, the form is designed to "time-out" after approximately 10 minutes of inactivity. If this occurs, any data that you have partially posted will be reset.
