Visitor Parking
Visitor Parking is available on campus at various visitor lots and at parking meters throughout campus.
Area 1 - Burge Deck Visitor Lot (lower level only)

The Burge Deck is located directly on North Avenue across the street from the courtyard adjacent to the stadium. |
| Directions from 10th Street |
Turn into campus on Fowler Street. Turn left onto Fifth Street and then right onto Techwood Drive. At the intersection of Techwood Drive and North Avenue, turn right and the deck will be approximately one block on the left. |
Area 2 - Student Center Visitor Lot

Avenue. At the fork, bear right onto Ferst Drive and continue to the
visitor lot adjacent to the Student Center. |
| Operating Procedures |
The Student Center Visitor lot hours of operation have changed to 6:30 AM to 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday. This pay lot will continue to operate in a pay-on-exit format. After closing (at 10:30 PM) all vehicles remaining on the lot will be issued a citation for $6 (this amount equals four hours of parking at the current rate). At 11:00 PM, the gates will be opened and the lot will be available for free parking until 5:00 AM the following morning. Any vehicles remaining in the lot at 5:00 AM, Monday-Friday, will be issued a $25 citation.
This parking lot will also be open for free parking on weekends* from 11:00 PM Friday night through 5:00 AM Monday morning. *(except during home football games) |
Area 3 Visitor Lot
| The Area 3 Visitor Lot is located west of the Student Center Deck, across Ferst Drive from the Student Health Center. |

Take a right onto Tech Parkway, turn right onto Regents Drive, Turn right onto Ferst Drive, turn left into Area 3 Visitor Lot. |

Turn into campus on Hemphill Avenue. At the fork, bear right onto Ferst Drive and continue to the visitor lot across the street from the Student Health Center. |
| Operating Procedures |
W03 (or Visitor Parking Area 3) hours of operation for the summer will change. The hours will be 6 AM to 11 PM, effective May 14 to August 17. |
Area 4 - State Street Visitor Lot
| The State Street Visitor Lot is located on
Ferst Drive, between Hemphill and State Street. |

Turn into campus on Techwood Drive. Turn
left onto Fifth Street . At the intersection with Fowler Street, Fifth
Street becomes Ferst Drive. Continue down Ferst Drive, and the State
Street lot will be on the left. |

the fork in the road, turn left onto Ferst Drive. The lot will be on
the right. |
Technology Square Deck
| The Technology Square Deck is located on next to the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center on Spring Street. |

Turn into campus on Techwood Drive. Turn right onto Fifth Street . Go over the bridge to Technology Square. Turn right onto Spring Street. Turn right next to the GT Hotel and Conference Center, or right on 4th Street. |

Take 10th Street to Spring Street and turn right. Follow Spring Street to Technology Square. Turn right next to the GT Hotel and Conference Center, or right on 4th Street. |
Area 6 Visitor Lot
| The Area 6 Visitor Lot is located at the corner of Fifth and Spring Streets, directly across from the Barnes and Noble Bookstore at Technology Square. |

$1.00 per half hour ($20 for lost ticket). Cash payments and major credit cards accepted. |
| Directions from North Avenue |
Turn into campus on Techwood Drive. Turn right onto Fifth Street. Go over the bridge to Technology Square. Proceed east on Fifth, through the intersection of Fifth and Spring Streets. Immediately beyond the intersection, turn left into the Area 6 Visitor Lot. |
| Directions from 10th Street |
Take 10th Street to Spring Street and turn south, heading toward Technology Square. Proceed to the intersection of Spring and Fifth Street. At that intersection, turn left onto Fifth, and make another left to turn into the Area 6 Visitor Lot. |
Metered Parking
Metered Parking is available throughout the Georgia Tech Campus. Parking meters accept nickels, dimes and quarters.
Malfunctioning or broken meters (meter will flash "Failed") are considered "No Parking" zones. Vehicles parked next to broken or malfunctioning meters will be cited accordingly.
Metered Parking (Academic Areas)
| Academic Area Metered parking is enforced from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday - Friday. The fee is $1 per hour with a 2 hour maximum (1 nickel = 3 minutes, 1 dime = 6 minutes, 1 quarter = 15 minutes). |

Metered Parking (Residential Areas)
| Residential Area Metered parking is enforced 24 hours per day, seven days per week. The fee is $1 per hour with a 2 hour maximum (1 nickel = 3 minutes, 1 dime = 6 minutes, 1 quarter = 15 minutes). |
