Hours of Restriction

A valid Georgia Tech parking permit MUST be displayed at all times to park anywhere on campus, at any time, except in visitor lots or at a paid meter.. Parking meters in Residential zones are enforced 24 hours per day. Hours of enforcement and rates are posted inside every Georgia Tech parking meter.

All E and W zones are enforced Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. From 5PM to 8AM you may park in any E or W zone with a valid Georgia Tech permit only. Parking meters and ER and WR zones are enforced on a 24/7 basis. Tech Square is only accessible to non-E81 permit holders between 5PM and 6AM.

This includes semester breaks and excludes official Institute holidays. The residential areas are restricted 24 hours a day seven days per week. Gated lots in the residential areas are for authorized access on a 24-hour basis.
